The Net 2.0

It’s Mine!!!
Our name is our only legal property, only us, can have the rights to whether change it or keep. But as for me, I grew up believing my name is Glezel, yet everything changed after I received my NSO birth certificates copy, it turned out that I was registered as Lezel. Since that, I used that name. Having your name changed was like someone stole who you are.
Well, I am still a lucky gal, I remained as I am.
Like I said, our name is our legal property, we know our names very well, but what if one day you’ll wake up having a different name? That’s what happened to Hope Cassidy of The Net 2.0…
Sometimes, people do unimaginable things for the call of money and greed. Even stealing someone’s identity will be easy for them.
In the movie, I have learned that you cannot really predict what will happen next, for a minute you were happy and laughing but in the following seconds you did not expect that you will cry. Just like, today you are a multi-millionaire and tomorrow you’ll get bankrupt. But in Hope’s case, she went to Istanbul for a job, it all started when she reached the airport. She applied for a working visa but it registered as a tourist visa, so she went to the American Embassy to have it fixed. The next day when she came back to get her passport, she was registered as Kelly Roos.
If I will narrate it, it would be too long, why not watch the movie? Besides this is only a reflection not a summary.
Therefore, let us take precautions of our identities, because someone might steal it and replace it. Let us be careful, especially when we go to places we are not familiar of.
